A2 Medical Standard Details

1. Candidates must be physically fit in all respects.
2. Distant Vision: Must be 6/9, 6/9 in each eye without glasses.
3. Near Vision: Must be Sn. 0.6, 0.6 in each eye without glasses.
4. The "without glasses" clause is a mandatory condition.
5. Must pass tests for Colour Vision.
6. Must pass tests for Binocular Vision.
7. Must pass tests for Field of Vision.
8. Must pass tests for Night Vision.
9. Candidates who have undergone vision correction surgeries like LASIK are generally not permitted.
