EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & POST QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE (as on 21.09.2025)

1. Office Assistant (Multipurpose) Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent. Proficiency in the local language as prescribed by the participating RRB is required. No experience is required.
2. Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager) Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Preference will be given to candidates with degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, etc. Proficiency in local language required. No experience is required.
3. Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer) Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Two years of experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
4. Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers) Relevant professional degree (e.g., IT, Law, CA, MBA Finance/Marketing, Agriculture) with minimum 50% marks and 1-2 years of relevant experience.
5. Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager) Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
