Selection Process
- Selection will be based on the marks obtained in Graduation.
- A merit list will be prepared for each banking outlet.
- The Bank reserves the right to conduct an Online Test if needed.
- If two candidates have the same marks, seniority in DoP service will be considered.

- Only those Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) who are currently engaged with the Department of Posts and have a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university are eligible to apply. The age limit is between 20 to 35 years.

What is the selection process?
- The selection will be made based on a merit list prepared from the marks obtained in graduation. IPPB reserves the right to conduct an online test if needed. In case of a tie in marks, seniority in GDS service will be considered.
